Today, we are going to share with you some tips about how to use Frankincense.

Before we continue on with our Frankincense discussion, we want to help you understand CPTG and what that really means. Let’s get back to Frankincense now, this is an incredible oil for skin rejuvenation, healthy cell replication, and SO MUCH MORE! As part of this camp, we’re going to walk you through some simple DIY projects to help you see all the cool ways you can use oils in your life! Today’s DIY is a soothing salve that can be used for all sorts of needs in your family. Check it out!

Recipe for Soothing Salve:

This recipe base is for a salve that can be used for a variety of things. For different purposes, simply substitute different oils! If your current oil supply is limited to what comes in one of our basic starter kits, follow the recipe but just use Frankincense (10 drops), Lavender (8 drops), and Melaleuca (8 drops). It’s amazing for your skin!

And lastly, your Daily Challenge!

Today we want you to do two things with your Frankincense:

  1. Add a drop to your face lotion and apply to your face and neck.
  2. You choose the second way you want to use it! Here are some ideas:
  • Diffuse it either alone or with wild orange for a boost to your mood
  • Rub 1-2 drops on the back of your neck and behind your ears to promote feelings of wellbeing
  • Rub 1-2 drops on the bottom of your feet for immune support
  • Take one to two drops in a veggie capsule to support healthy cellular function
  • Mix 1-2 drops with your hand lotion to help promote supple skin during dry times of the year
